Job Summary
Property Manager role in Western Australia with FIFO (8:6, 5:2) roster or residential base in Tom Price. Manage a remotely located portfolio for a major client, handling housing applications, leasing, tenancy procedures, inspections, property maintenance, and bonds while ensuring compliance under guidance from a Housing Manager and Perth-based support. Requires at least 3 years in Residential Property Management and possession of DEMIRS Certificate of Registration or Real Estate registration. Strong organization, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills, with proficiency in property systems. No trust accounting duties and no weekend home opens. FIFO/residential option provides a flexible arrangement within a large Australian property-management contract.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years Residential Property Management experience
- DEMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager or Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration
- Advanced computing skills, ability to learn new property systems
- Attention to detail, processes followed, accurate client, lease property and tenant records
