Job Summary
Manage housing applications, assessments, and reviews while overseeing leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures. Conduct routine inspections and PCR's, coordinate property maintenance management, and handle bonds and tenant damage cost recovery for a single client mining portfolio. Ensure best practice and compliance through adoption of industry knowledge, maintaining accurate client, lease, and tenant records. This role offers a FIFO roster of Monday to Friday 5:2 or a residentially based position in Paraburdoo. Candidates must hold a DEMIRS Certificate of Registration and at least three years' experience in residential property management.
Required Qualifications

- DEMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager
- Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration
