Property Manager

Manage a portfolio of properties by enforcing lease covenants, preparing budgets, and agreeing year-end accounts with clients. Conduct regular property visits, organize EGMs/AGMs, and oversee contractors including cleaners and grounds maintenance. Enforce obligations in line with current property law while handling client enquiries as they arise. Requires familiarity with leases/TP1s and experience in block management. Must possess strong organization, prioritization, and the ability to lead face-to-face meetings. Ideal candidate holds or is studying for the TPI qualification.
