Job Summary
Oversee on-site operations at our community by supervising employees, managing leasing processes, and resolving resident and employee complaints. Drive financial performance by preparing and submitting operational reports, reconciling bank accounts, collecting rent and fees, and enforcing lease terms to maximize revenue. Ensure property upkeep through regular inspections and scheduling maintenance repairs while maintaining accurate records in ResMan. This role requires 3-5 years of property management experience and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time position with health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching benefits. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of property management experience
- Prior experience using ResMan or other related property management accounting software
- Ability to work in a professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient manner with residents, FPM employees, vendors, suppliers, and members of the public
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed
- Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance
