Job Summary
Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Resident Services, Accounting, Leasing, Property Services) to deliver results. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, managing budgets and financial records, dispatching field teams for property inspections, developing policies to improve efficiency, staying current on local market trends, and driving financial performance by maximizing NOI. The role requires strong communication and leadership, a background in real estate, and a passion for exceptional service. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, a State Real Estate Sales License is required within 90 days of start (license transfer to Evernest brokerage), and a minimum of 2 years of property management experience in single-family or multi-family properties. Office-based in the market with daily in-office work.
