Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio with a focus on owner satisfaction, encompassing leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and renovations. Collaborate with Resident Services, Accounting, Leasing and Property Services to deliver top-tier results; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; manage budgets and financial records; drive portfolio-level performance and NOI; supervise field teams and coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors; develop and implement policies to improve efficiency; stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity. Requires strong real estate knowledge, leadership, and communication skills; Bachelor’s preferred and Real Estate Sales License required within 90 days (license transfer to Evernest).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of a State Real Estate Sales License required within 90 days of employment start (license transfer to Evernest brokerage)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in single family or multi-family property management
- You will work daily from the Evernest office in your market
