Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and inspections; ensure regulatory compliance; manage budgets and financial records; drive portfolio performance to maximize NOI; collaborate with Property Services, Resident Services, Accounting, Leasing, and other teams; develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness; stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in single family or multi-family property management
- State Real Estate Sales License required within 90 days of employment start
