Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio, focusing on owner satisfaction, coordinating leasing, rent collection, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets and financial records, and driving NOI while leading cross-functional collaboration with Resident Services, Accounting, Leasing, and Property Services; requires real estate license within 90 days and 2+ years of property management experience, with Bachelor’s preferred, and office-based work in Memphis, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- State Real Estate Sales License required within 90 days of employment start (Evernest will cover coursework/fees)
- Transfer Real Estate License to Evernest brokerage at start
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in single family or multi-family property management
- You will work daily from the Evernest office in your market
