Property Manager

The Retail Property Manager will oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of retail properties, developing strong client relationships, implementing duties per Management Agreements, and analyzing income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and audits. Responsibilities include reviewing property performance through regular reports, controlling centre operating costs, maintaining accurate tenancy schedules, ensuring tenants are charged correctly under leases, and collecting monthly retailer sales figures to produce Owner-required reports. Ideal candidates will have solid communication and customer service skills, prior retail property management experience, and possession of the Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate (including Property Management); a degree in Property, Business, Management or related discipline is desirable.
