Job Summary
Maintain property operations, assets, and staff while ensuring the community remains clean and attractive to maximize occupancy. Partner with marketing teams to attract new residents, show available homes, and deliver excellent customer service. Analyze and manage the community's operation budget to improve profitability, setting high quality standards for residents. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of property management experience, and strong leadership skills in a multi-family or manufactured home setting. Full-time role in Freeport, Florida with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of property management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- experience in a multi-family and/or manufactured home setting
- Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems
- Experience in marketing and/or sales
