Property Manager-El Borinquen LP

Oversee daily building operations, including leasing, compliance, maintenance, and reporting, while supervising on-site staff and addressing resident issues. Execute leasing activities, manage rent collection, and administer subsidies, ensuring adherence to LIHTC, Section 8, and Housing Code requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, respond to emergencies as the first point of contact, and provide on-call coverage for portfolio properties. Maintain accurate tenant files, track lease expirations, and prepare properties for regulatory inspections. This role supports Comunilife's mission to provide high-quality, stable housing to underserved communities through effective site-level management and policy implementation.
