Property Manager

Property Manager at Digital Realty responsible for end-to-end management and financial oversight of a data center facility, including budget planning and control of operating and capital expenditures, lease compliance, vendor management, and coordination with Technical Operations to address customer needs. Leads a team, develops and coaches staff, and ensures strong customer relationships while overseeing HVAC and electrical infrastructure knowledge and a track record in financial analysis. Requires 4–7 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in Business/Real Estate/Finance or equivalent experience, proficiency with Excel, and willingness to travel for training and orientation.
