Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for managing a property or group of properties, including lease administration, collections monitoring, compliance with policies and regulations, staff leadership, inspection programs, budget development and variance tracking, vendor contract management, lease data abstraction, reporting coordination with accounting, and coordinating tenant/construction activities to meet client goals. Requires interfacing with tenants and clients, strong communication and leadership skills, and travel between properties. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; 3+ years of property management experience; real estate license and CPM/RPA/CSM designation encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience
- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process
- Possess real estate license
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
