Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for a community, leading and developing the team to maximize occupancy and revenue while managing budgets and expenses. Ensure policy compliance and maintain the highest standards of customer service for residents and prospects. Coordinate people, resources, and processes to achieve property goals and drive performance. Requires a South Carolina Property Manager's License and 3+ years of supervisory experience. Work Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience
- South Carolina Property Manager's License
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive performance
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
Desired Qualifications
- CAM and/or CAPS designations
