Job Summary
Oversee the daily operation of the property by ensuring consistent application of rules, lease documents, and regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Process resident files at move-in and recertification, conduct recruiting, hiring, termination, and staff training, and manage program compliance for HUD, TCAC, Home Program, RHCP, CAL HFA, and AHP. Obtain documentation, complete certifications, collect deposits and rents, and ensure site staff responds to resident requests and complaints timely. Complete work orders and turnover vacant units efficiently. Located in Woodland, CA, this role requires a valid driver's license, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Boston Post software, and at least two years of management experience in affordable housing with HUD and tax credit properties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, training and evaluation with HUD & Tax Credit properties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Knowledge of Boston Post software
Desired Qualifications
- BA degree or two years experience in affordable housing and management
