Job Summary
Property Manager (CRE) responsible for the management of a property (or group of properties) for a client under the property management agreement; responsibilities include lease administration, monitoring collections and default proceedings, ensuring compliance with policies/regulations, leading property staff, developing inspection processes, budgeting and CAM reconciliations, vendor contract management, lease abstraction, reporting, coordinating construction work, and fostering relationships with tenants and clients; requires strong communication, problem solving, leadership, teamwork, time management, financial acumen, and a real estate/property management background; minimum 3+ years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred; designations such as CPM/RPA/CSM and a real estate license are valued.
