Property Manager (CRE)

Job Summary
Manage a property or group of properties by overseeing all lease administration duties, monitoring collections, and coordinating default proceedings. Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections while developing operating and capital budgets to track variances and oversee CAM reconciliations. Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts; accurately abstract leases in software and maintain interfaces with third-party owners and the accounting team. Coordinate tenant and building construction work to ensure timely completion and foster positive relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal clients. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of real estate property management experience, and a real estate license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience
- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process
- Possess real estate license
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate
- Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
- Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time
- Must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
- Must be able to regularly remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
- Must be able to regularly operate office machinery
