Job Summary
Manage a property or group of properties by fulfilling obligations under the management agreement, including all lease administration duties and monitoring collections. Coordinate default proceedings, develop comprehensive annual inspection processes, and complete weekly through annual inspections. Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee CAM reconciliations, and bid on vendor contracts. Abstract leases in software, maintain interfaces with third-party owners and accounting teams, and coordinate tenant and building construction work. Participate in leasing meetings and foster relationships with tenants and external clients. Requires 3+ years of real estate property management experience, a real estate license, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary is $76,500.00 - $90,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience
- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process
- Possess real estate license
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate
- Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
- Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
- Must be able to regularly operate office machinery
