Property Manager

The Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations of an assigned LIHTC multifamily property, leading leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and staff resources to meet budgeted goals. Responsibilities include supervising the property team, managing make-ready inspections, ensuring payment processing and recordkeeping accuracy, maintaining rent rolls and delinquency reports, coordinating maintenance and safety compliance, managing marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy, and delivering exceptional resident service while upholding Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA compliance. The role also entails coordinating training for staff, handling budgeted financials, and supporting the property’s operational policies and lease agreements.
