Job Summary
Oversee daily property operations and lead resident relations for residential communities in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities include coordinating leasing activities, maintenance requests, vendor management, and ensuring compliance; monitor occupancy rates, collections, and property metrics; manage delinquency and collection strategies; support and develop onsite staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism; resolve issues to sustain strong resident satisfaction. Requires proven property management experience, strong leadership and communication, and bilingual English–Spanish proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management
- Proven expertise in delinquency, collections, and financial management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in operations, resident relations, and performance metrics analysis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
