Job Summary
Lead a technology-enabled operation for a mixed-use community delivering strong occupancy, revenue growth, renewals, and resident satisfaction while coaching onsite teams, supporting leasing through tours and closing, and coordinating with retail tenants. Drive operational performance, maintain community standards, and leverage automation and AI-enabled leasing platforms. Collaborate with ownership, asset management, and marketing to support the residential and retail experience, implement community business plans, and ensure exceptional resident experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multifamily property management leadership with retail/mixed use experience
- Proven ability to drive occupancy, revenue growth, resident retention, and operational performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience managing budgets, collections, delinquency, and financial performance
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily operational best practices
- Experience with property management systems, CRM platforms, and leasing technology
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and corporate leadership
