Property Manager

Administer and maintain all phases of community operations under the direction of the Regional Manager, overseeing personnel functions, leasing, maintenance, market monitoring, budget control, and resident relations. Hire, train, and guide your team while conducting staff meetings and developing resident retention programs. Manage maintenance activities, monitor budgets, and inspect common areas to ensure high standards. Contribute to marketing efforts, analyze market trends, and oversee leasing associates to optimize occupancy. Oversee rent collection, manage the community budget, and recommend capital improvements. Connect with the local business community and transport prospective residents as needed.
