Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail and shopping centre property portfolio across Auckland, overseeing tenancy matters including lease compliance and vacancy management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders while supporting long-term asset performance and client outcomes. Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and facilities teams to drive results, contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives, and prepare budgets, reporting, and financial performance to ensure timely rent collection and accuracy. This role offers a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery within a high-performing team helping to shape the future of retail property management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven property management experience
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with sound commercial judgement
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to get involved
- REA Salesperson's certificate or willingness to obtain
