Job Summary
Manage assigned commercial property portfolios by developing relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors while responding promptly to lease obligations and operational needs. Prepare annual budgets, conduct tenant reconciliations, oversee service contracts and tenant improvements, and perform property inspections to recommend operational enhancements. This role requires 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience, a CPM or RPA designation, and proficiency with Yardi, MRI, and Microsoft Office applications. Based in Landover, Maryland, the position offers a salary range of $85,219 to $105,000 plus an annual bonus, with full-time on-site hours.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in commercial real estate
- Experience with capital improvement projects
- You hold a CPM or RPA designation
- Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers
- Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- A valid driver's license
- Clear motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
