Job Summary
Manage assigned commercial property portfolios by developing relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors while responding promptly to tenant needs to meet lease obligations. Oversee all operations tasks, including service contracts and tenant improvements, and prepare annual budgets with tenant reconciliations. Conduct property inspections and make recommendations to improve property management processes. This role requires traveling outside the state and involves working with real estate software like Yardi and MRI. Applicants must have 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience and a CPM or RPA designation.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in commercial real estate
- Experience with capital improvement projects
- You hold a CPM or RPA designation
- Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers
- Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- A valid driver's license
- Clear motor vehicle record (MVR)
- This role will require travelling outside of state
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
