Job Summary
Manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance for public and affordable housing properties in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while ensuring successful operation and maintenance of approximately 4,718 public housing units and 11,700 vouchers. Maintain a valid driver's license with no more than 6 accumulated points in 3 consecutive years. This role supports the agency's vision to develop quality, affordable housing solutions in partnership with community stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Urban Studies, Property Management or related field
- equivalent combination of post-secondary education and property management experience
- two (2) years supervisory experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license with no more than 6 accumulated points in 3 consecutive years
