Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned residential property, including inspecting vacant units, overseeing maintenance work orders, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and ADA regulations. Handle resident concerns, prepare move-in paperwork, and maintain accurate financial records by depositing funds daily and compiling weekly status reports. Lead the property team through performance reviews, training coordination, and safety orientation while monitoring rent collection, eviction filings, and lease compliance. Create resident renewal programs and oversee marketing activities to maximize occupancy and revenue. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with hourly compensation of $25-$26 per hour plus commissions and bonuses. Cornerstone Residential manages over 23,000 units across 229 communities in the western and mid-United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software
- Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver's license
- Proven ability to market properties
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- HUD experience
Desired Qualifications
- CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- HUD/LIHTC experience
- Minimum of one to two years' experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager
