Property Manager

As a Property Manager for Chamberlin + Associates, you will own all activities related to the rental community, drive leasing goals, manage the property's budget, and ensure operational success while delivering high-level service to prospects and residents. Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, resident relations, customer service, budgeting, expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, and meeting NOI targets. Requires strong attention to detail, organization, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and experience in creative marketing/outreach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is expected. A CPM certification is preferred but not required. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic and tactical execution, and a track record of maximizing real estate value.
