Job Summary
Property Manager at CCI leads on-site Teammates and drives occupancy, resident satisfaction, compliance with HUD/state/local requirements, safety and financial performance for an assigned property. You’ll manage recruitment, training, and support to maximize team potential, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and implement marketing and leasing strategies in line with Fair Housing guidelines and AFHMP. The role emphasizes leadership, budget adherence, market analysis, and continuous improvement across operations, with a focus on affordable housing programs (LIHTC, Section 8/202) and ensuring full occupancy while maintaining quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in affordable housing or LIHTC programs required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with standard real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
- Experience in property management or related real estate discipline preferred
