Job Summary
Property Manager for a 100-unit property in Williamsburg, VA. Responsibilities include managing collections and posting rent receipts; approving invoices and posting accounts payable; supervising on-site team members; managing move-ins and move-outs; participating in leasing and renewal activities; assisting with development of budgets and property performance goals; ensuring financial and operational goals are met; assisting with capital-improvement project management; delivering high-quality customer service to residents; ensuring maintenance and turnover quality; and managing vendors and contractors. Qualifications emphasize 3+ years’ property management experience, valid driver’s license, background check, and strong supervisory and MS Office skills. Yardi software experience is preferred. Benefits and exempt status are highlighted. Reports to the Regional Manager at a Williamsburg property.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to hire, lead, and manage team members
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
