Job Summary
Oversee daily property operations by advertising vacancies, negotiating leases, and collecting rent while ensuring compliance with local laws and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections to assess repairs, coordinate maintenance for routine and emergency issues, and handle tenant complaints to maintain satisfaction and retention. Manage lease renewals and enforce agreements to protect owner interests and ensure high occupancy rates. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate, knowledge of property regulations, and experience with Yardi or Elise AI software. Based in Los Angeles, CA.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, or significant industry experience in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations and a strong understanding of property maintenance, financial aspects, and tenant laws
- Skills in business management, customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Experience with property management software (Yardi or Elise AI) and other related technology tools used for accounting, tenant management, and advertising
