Property Manager

Analyze financial statements, set rent rates, and collect fees to meet targeted revenues while staying within approved budget constraints. Approve vendor invoices, manage lease enforcement including applications and evictions, and enforce lease terms for late fees. Oversee leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals, respond to resident complaints to ensure satisfaction, and conduct regular property inspections for safety and standards. Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management, and maintain owner relationships through tours and performance updates.
