Property Manager

Supervise on-site staff to ensure operational goals and daily responsibilities are completed effectively. Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and eviction processes while managing accounts receivable and payable. Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives to maximize occupancy, and monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness. Review financial reports, analyze budgets and occupancy trends, and assist in preparing annual operating and capital budgets. Investigate resident complaints, conduct regular property inspections for safety and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Oversee maintenance operations, manage vendors and contractors, and coordinate property improvement projects within budget. Recruit, train, and develop team members while conducting regular meetings to communicate goals and expectations. Partner with Regional Managers to report performance and maintain accurate property records. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, this role requires three years of supervisory experience and proficiency in property management software.
