Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for leading a student housing community by driving property performance through leasing, resident relations, engagement, marketing, and financial management. Key duties include overseeing rent collection and delinquencies, ensuring compliance with eviction policies and legal standards, managing accounts receivable/payable and budgeting, maintaining property documentation, analyzing financial reports, proposing capital improvements, developing and executing occupancy-enhancing marketing strategies, supervising safety and facilities management, hiring and overseeing contractors and vendors, and delivering a best-in-class living experience while fostering a responsive, professional team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of residential rental community experience (student housing strongly preferred).
- Strong computer literacy and advanced proficiency using MS Office software.
- Previous experience utilizing property management software.
