Job Summary
Property Manager oversees and coordinates daily operations of an apartment community, including leasing/occupancy, maintenance, budgeting, vendor contracts, and supervision of property associates. Responsibilities include ensuring housing quality standards, regulatory compliance, performance evaluations of supervised staff, coordinating communication with the Corporate Office, assisting with marketing plans, showing units, screening applicants, collecting and processing rents and deposits, conducting move-in/out inspections, and supporting on-site property management software usage (e.g., Yardi). Requires a High School Diploma/GED and an Undergraduate or Associate Degree with 3-4 years supervisory property-management experience; preferred certifications include ARM, CPM, CAM, or IREM. Strong knowledge of fair housing laws, Microsoft Office, leadership, and potential affordable housing program knowledge are advantageous. Compensation ranges from $73,100 to $102,480 annually, with full benefits and growth opportunities.
