Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for maintaining high occupancy and driving revenue through leasing outreach and relationship-building within the community; develop and monitor annual operating budgets, pricing strategies based on market trends and demographics, oversee leasing activities, ensure timely rent collection and accurate lease administration, and maintain property appearance. Lead staff development, monitor variances and narratives in monthly reports, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely repairs and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include reporting on market trends, advising on budget formation, and maintaining effective leasing in outreach and employer relationships within the community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior multifamily property management experience or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to act independently and make decisions with minimal oversight
- Strong leadership qualities
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Available to work weekends when necessary
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable source of transportation
- College degree or equivalent industry experience (preferred)
