Job Summary
Lead the community as the CEO and head coach, executing sales, marketing, and operational activities to achieve budgeted occupancy and retention goals. Manage the property's financial performance, creating timely reports for clients while partnering with consumer marketing to implement strategies. Cultivate strong relationships with all constituents, maintain competitive marketplace intelligence, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction. Work weekends when prospective residents are searching, inspiring team growth, and assisting with any task regardless of pay grade. This role offers a salary of $92,500–$97,850 USD with health, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days of paid time off, a 401k match, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
- A strong leadership track record
- An impeccable client and customer relationship track record
- Revenue, budget and P&L management experience
- Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
- Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—one weekend per month with two days off during the week
