Job Summary
Lead by example as the CEO and head coach of the community, executing sales, marketing, and operational activities to achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals. Manage the financial performance of the property, creating timely financial and operational reports for clients while cultivating strong relationships with all constituents. Maintain expert-level marketplace intelligence and partner with consumer marketing to implement strategies that drive consistent guest satisfaction and outstanding reviews. Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, with one weekend per month and two days off during the week. Inspire professional growth for all team members and roll up your sleeves to assist with any task, no matter the pay grade.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
- A strong leadership track record
- An impeccable client and customer relationship track record
- Revenue, budget and P&L management experience
- Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
- Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—one weekend per month with two days off during the week
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred)
