Job Summary
You’re the CEO and head coach of the community, leading by example while executing sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve occupancy and customer retention goals; manage the financial performance of the property; deliver timely financial and operational reports; cultivate strong relationships; maintain competitive marketplace intelligence; partner with consumer marketing on strategies; ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and community reviews; be available for weekend work when prospective residents are active; support team development and roll up your sleeves as needed; requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in related industries; proficiency in YARDI and GAAP knowledge; strong communication and professional appearance. Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
- A strong leadership track record
- An impeccable client and customer relationship track record
- Revenue, budget and P&L management experience
- Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred)
- Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
