Job Summary
Property Manager at Bozzuto responsible for leading by example to drive occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of residences. Drive sales, marketing, and operations to achieve budgeted occupancy and retention, manage financial performance and deliver timely reports, cultivate client and resident relationships, maintain competitive market intelligence, partner with marketing on strategies, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. Role requires weekend work (one weekend per month) and hands-on leadership to develop the team and ensure operations meet Bozzuto standards. Strong communication, leadership, and financial skills, proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred), and a real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) are valued. Salary range $80,000-$83,000 USD; includes bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries
- A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable
