Job Summary
Property Manager sought to lead and develop a team in the Metro Richmond area of Virginia. Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving associate issues, attracting and educating tenants, addressing tenant complaints, improving properties to boost ROI, processing work orders, enforcing rules, and training staff. Requires 3-5 years property-management experience, familiarity with leases and real estate contracts, strong communication, multitasking, and ability to motivate teams. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three to five years Community/Property Manager experience
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Experience with Real Page/OneSite preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background and credit check will be completed

- Industry certifications preferred
- Experience with Real Page/OneSite preferred
