Job Summary
Oversee property management, maintenance construction/renovation oversight, budget planning and expense control, and collections/tenant relations for assigned properties. Serve as support to Operations/Property Management, report to Regional Property Supervisor and Property Asset Managers. Responsibilities include inspections, supervising repairs, 24/7 emergency response, assisting Leasing with occupancy, enforcing lease terms, coordinating rent collection and delinquencies, budget analysis and variance explanations, capital projects initiation, contract evaluation/negotiation, hiring and supervising site staff, safety program administration, and maintaining building security. Requires strong communication with tenants, staff, and upper management, and ability to work independently while meeting financial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience managing multiple properties
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws pertaining to building management and tenant rights
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents and contracts
- Experience with budget analysis and capital projects
- Staff supervision and performance evaluation experience
