Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for end-to-end property operations in Seattle: conduct property visits/inspections, maintain tenant relations, oversee vendor relationships, supervise projects from approval through completion, assist leasing team with tenant improvements/costs, manage bidding processes, monitor operating expenses and CAM, prepare annual budgets, and provide regular status reports. Requires strong communication, contract/lease knowledge, vendor and construction oversight, budgeting, Yardi/MS Office proficiency, and ability to work with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of broad-based commercial property management experience.
