Job Summary
Responsible for managing commercial real estate operations to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance with landlord obligations. Key duties include maintaining positive tenant relationships, acting as a liaison for tenant activities, coordinating with property management teams, handling tenant communications, ensuring health and safety standards, and leading junior staff. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience in property management, possess a community college diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience
- More than three years up to five years of job related experience
- Community college diploma or equivalent training
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with peers, managers and clients in French and English
- Security level 2 clearance
- Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

- CFM through IFMA
- CPM through Institute of Real Estate Management
- FMA Designation through BOMI
- RPA through BOMI
