Job Summary
Property Manager for a Nationwide Apartment Management Company overseeing a 282-unit luxury mixed-use community. Responsibilities include revenue/leasing optimization, resident satisfaction, staff coaching and training, budget planning and bill processing, coordinating marketing and promotions, vendor and community relations, ensuring Fair Housing compliance, overseeing leasing process from application to lease signing, and managing administrative duties, inspections, and vendor coordination. Requires strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills; 5–7 years of multi-family experience preferred; proficiency with MS Word/Excel and property management software (Entrata) and knowledge of leasing processes.
