Job Summary
Property Manager for Banyan Living's luxury multifamily community in Stow/Hudson/Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Lead on-site teams, oversee multiple property operations ensuring quality and high resident retention, manage budgets and financial reporting to achieve occupancy targets, supervise vendor relationships and capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance including Fair Housing, implement initiatives to enhance community engagement, and drive operational excellence in a senior leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years property management experience, with a focus on luxury multifamily housing
- Demonstrated success in managing large properties or portfolios
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and NOI management
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- CAPS, CAM, or CPM certifications preferred but not required
- Deep knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing
