Job Summary
Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio, overseeing all financial aspects including planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures. Supervise accounts receivable and payable processes, collect rent, and reconcile expenses while ensuring tenant lease compliance. Respond to tenant requests, coordinate with building staff, and oversee vendor selection and performance. Perform regular property inspections, facilitate maintenance, and supervise team members to achieve performance goals. Maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners to meet objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- four to seven years related experience
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate, financial terms and principals
- Ability to effectively resolve situations or complaints from tenants, employees, or management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to express ideas clearly in written and verbal communications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- must be detail oriented
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities planning, design, construction, and maintenance
- You shall have until 90 days from the Commencement Date to obtain your real estate license
- Upon becoming duly licensed, you will set forth on Schedule 1 each jurisdiction in which you are licensed
- you will maintain your real estate license in good standing in each of the jurisdictions listed on Schedule 1
- You are solely responsible for payment of all fees and dues and satisfaction of all educational and other requirements to maintain your professional licenses
- If you allow your license to lapse, you are solely responsible for reinstating the license and paying all costs related thereto
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial Real Estate Course Work
- CPM or RPA designation a plus
- Experience with Jenark, Yardi, MRI software and Kardin budgeting package a plus
