Job Summary
Multifamily Property Manager for a Class A community in Plano, responsible for overseeing operations, leasing, and maintenance teams; lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and vendor relations; ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws; mentor and develop staff; drive resident retention through proactive management, inspections, and responsive service; represents the company with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic, coordinating with Regional Manager to achieve occupancy goals and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- College degree (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- 3+ years multifamily experience as Community Manager or Assistant Property Manager at a Class A Multifamily property
- Familiarity with RealPage
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to develop and foster successful team relationships
