Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for a 240-unit multi-family property, including advertising, leasing, rent collection, and managing the full cycle lease process. Maintain 95% occupancy by facilitating resident events, conducting tours, and mediating tenant relations issues to reduce turnover. Manage administrative duties such as payroll submission, vendor invoice processing, petty cash, and budget compliance while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing and state statutes. Direct administrative and maintenance staff through regular coaching, training, and performance management to ensure work orders and turnovers are completed efficiently. Handle resident emergencies, pre/post move-out inspections, and turnover workflows. Utilize Yardi Voyager and CRM software for lead management and report generation. Approximately 80% of the role is office-based with 20% on-site property inspection.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- 1+ years of experience in staff supervision
- Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, engage in cost/benefit analytical decision-making, and ambition for continuous professional development
