Job Summary

Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service requests while scheduling vendors and contractors. Monitor property conditions, track construction projects, and maintain accurate records in company systems. Assist with resident inquiries, support short-term rental operations including guest needs and property readiness, and manage urgent issues by communicating updates to appropriate parties. Provide administrative support for scheduling, reporting, data entry, and document organization. This role works closely with the Property Manager, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure efficient operational needs across company properties.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of previous property management or related experience preferred
